Obituary of Stephen D. Crane

Crane, Stephen D. Elmira/Webster Passed away at home suddenly April 20, 2015 at age 48. Stephen is survived by his beloved wife Sarah Litts Crane, parents Millie and David Crane of Webster, Sister Susan (Gary) Merkel, daughters Courtney and Emily, Grandsons Xavier and Donovan. Steve was devoted to his family and had many friends in Webster and Elmira. Steve attended Webster schools and Pittsburg High in N.H. and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Most of his career was spent working as a licensed plumber, HVAC technician and skilled carpenter. Steve enjoyed hunting, fishing, his dogs, riding his Harley, and raising his precious grandsons. His passion for animal rescue, especially wolves and St. Bernards, was matched only by his devotion to helping other people who were struggling with life issues.
